Super fun :)
Super, danke!
The button stays red but it flashes.
That’s super weird, but the flashing indicates the there is something happening. I made it so it turns green and flashes, but I usually only mention the green part :). Does the recording work for you?
Viel Spaß. Danke
That was great, thanks.
I am totally frustrated since I think the quiz would be fun. I am a member and it doesn’t seem to be doing me much good:-(. My microphone does not seem to work since I spoke all of the times but got no response from the site. I would really like to be part of what is going on. What am I supposed to click after saying all of the times. I clicked on correct and nothing happened. I really enjoyed the Advent Calendar last year and would like to take part today. I have had trouble with the site however once speaking – which is great in principle though – became a part of the site.I would really appreciate some help. So sad not to be taking part from my apartment in Berlin…..
Hi Wallis,
sorry to hear that you’re having such a frustrating experience.
So normally, the software should work “automatically”. You press “record”, the button changes color and records, you press again, and the recording gets scored.
What do you mean by “clicked on correct”?
The “correct” field usually only pops up if you made a recording and it was good enough for the AI. It’s not a button, but just an information. The only buttons you have to click are the record button and the “next” button, to get to the next question.
Could you give me a bit more info what exactly happens when you click record and stop?
I’ll try to understand what’s going on.
es ist wunderschön!!!
Gerne :)!
Super fun quiz – thanks !
Danke
Sehr tolle Übung. Hat mir viel Hetz gemacht. Danke!
Meinst du “Spaß”?
I think ‘Gaile’ is pointing out a mystake in your text – you’ve written that 11:20 is ‘elf uhr dreißig’ but it is ‘elf uhr zwanzig’
Ohhhh, now it makes sense. I checked the quizz if I made a mistake there, but I didn’t think of the example in the text. Thank you :)!!
And please folks, if you have corrections, give me a tiny bit of context. I do not remember everything I have written.
11.20 Uhr. Elf Uhr dreißig? Bist du dir sicher?
Hallo Emanuel.
Hello,
One typo only:
“mic is not so good and go get frustrated” (mic is not so good and you get frustrated)
My mic is broken, so no go on this one, but I can do it later using the iPad :)
Bis morgen!
Nice and easy, building our confidence, right?
Yup, but it’s also a basic thing. Once you know the numbers you shouldn’t have any struggles here (except pronouncing them, of course).
HaHa. My front teeth are gone, waiting for implants. “vierundFünfig” is so fun to try and pronounce. :}
Yeah, the “fünf” is a hard one in general for a lot of people. My girlfriend can’t do it! Sounds like a race car driving by when she tries it. fiuuuunfff
“I speak German and Austrian fluently.”
“Are they different?”
“Oh yeah, very much so. It’s like two separate languages.”
“Woooooowwww!”
Was 60 angeht habe ich leider keinen Tipp.
