to hurry, to rush, to scamper
("hurrying" in the bad, uncomfortable way.)
Opposite (closest): bummeln
2.
to rush someone, to chevy someone
(Same idea as the first meaning, but now you're not hurrying yourself, you're making someone hurry.)
3.
to agitate against
("hetzen gegen" - riling people up against someone or something.)
