“pulls a puss” never heard that before and have no idea what it could mean.

I’ve had a couple of people mention that Fresse is a very unpleasant word – one was my german tutor, the other one a collegue who i wouldn’t really describe as particularly spießig.

i had the impression for them its worse than quiet a lot of swear words.

On the other hand i was chatting to a different younger college about their reaction and she was like “hä? nah its fine”
