Ja, ich bin immer noch in Bulgarien :).
Letzte Woche war ich für ein paar Tage in Plovdiv, und ich fand die Stadt echt schön. Es gibt sieben ziemlich hohe Hügel, einen naturbelassenen Fluss und unglaublich viel Geschichte, denn Plovdiv ist die älteste durchgehend bewohnte Siedlung in Europa. |
Es gibt dort Spuren von vor 6.000 Jahren.

Yes, I am still in Bulgaria :).
Last week, I was in Plovdiv for a few days and I liked the city a lot. There are seven pretty high hills in it, a natural riverbed and unbelievable amounts of history, because Plovdiv is the oldest, continuously inhabited settlement in Europe.
There are traces dating back 6.000 years there.

Der Vater von Alexander dem Großen kommt auch von dort. Es gibt ein großes (und uraltes) griechisches Amphitheater, wo jetzt Konzerte stattfinden.
Und auch die Reste von einem römischen Stadion. |
| Und alte Bulgarische Häuser und alte orthodoxe Kirchen. Und als ob das nicht reicht, gibt es natürlich auch ein riesiges Sovietisches Denkmal (man kann es auf Satellitenbildern sehen). |
Wenn ihr euch für Geschichte interessiert, dann ist Plovdiv echt ein gutes Urlaubsziel.

The father of Alexander the Great comes from there, too.
There's a big (and ancient) Greek theater there, where there are concerts taking place now.
And the remains of an old Roman stadium.
And old Bulgarian houses and old orthodox churches.
And as if that's not enough, there's of course also a gigantic soviet monument (you can see it on satellite images).
If you're interested in history, then Plovdiv is a really good vacation destination.

Now, I am in a small village named Kalofer, at the foot of the Balkan mountain range, and I am sitting in the garden of an old little house.
The first half of the day, we were hiking and now it's time to work. Like for example writing the newsletter.
Because... the new article is out!

| Ihr wisst wahrscheinlich alle, was der Unterschied ist, aber heute gucken wir uns an WARUM diese beiden Verben so unterschiedliche Bedeutungen haben. |
Ist es Zufall? Ist eine der beiden Sprachen verrückt geworden? Oder gibt es eine Logik?
Heute finden wir es raus, also ... viel Spaß :)
