|  | Hallo ihr lieben, ich hoffe, es geht euch gut.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich war letzte Woche in Kroatien auf einer Konferenz für Leute, die ein Online-Business haben, und es war sehr schön. Ich habe ein paar neue Freunde gefunden, und auch ein paar Sachen für meine Seite gelernt :).
Die Konferenz war in einem kleinen Ort namens Primošten, und ich kann nur sagen... wenn ihr einen ruhigen Urlaub in einer alten Stadt wie im Disney-Film mit tollem Strand und Sonnenuntergängen haben wollt... Primošten ist perfekt! Guckt mal bei Google Image Search ;).

I'm really happy/content. Last week, I was in Croatia at a conference for people who have an online business and it was really nice. I have found a few new friends and I also learned a few things for my website. |
The conference was at a small town called Primošten and all I can say is... if you want a quiet vacation in an old town like in a Disney movie with a great beach and sunsets... Primošten is perfect. Check it out on Google Image Search ;).

| Jetzt bin ich noch in Split, und das ist auch eine echt extrem schöne Stadt. Sehr grün, sauber, und es gibt einen großen Bereich der Innenstadt, wo es KEINE Autos gibt. Und es gibt einen riesigen Park, fast wie ein Wald, mit einem kleinen Berg, von wo man eine traumhafte Sicht hat. |
Oh und wenn ihr Foodies seid (ich bin keiner)... es gibt auch unfassbar viele Restaurants hier.
Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Now I am in Split and that's also a really beautiful city. Very greed, clean and there's a large portion of the inner city where there are NO cars.
And there's a giant park, like a forest almost, with a little mountain, from where you have a stunning view. Oh, and if you're foodies (which I am not)... there's an unbelievable number of restaurants here.
Definitely worth a trip.

Okay, aber jetzt zum Thema für diese Woche, und das wird mal wieder etwas praktisches. Denn wir machen einen "Practical Guide" für das Verb "aufhören". Manche von euch kennen das Format wahrscheinlich schon.
Wir gucken uns alle wichtigen Formulierungen an (Gegenwart, Vergangenheit, zu-Sätze, Fragen,...), und bauen zusammen Sätze, erst kurz, dann lang. Und am wichtigsten ist... ihr könnt (aka müsst) richtig SPRECHEN. Yup, es ist wieder Zeit für die Spracherkennungs-AI. |
Meiner Meinung nach eine echt gute Übung, also auch wenn ihr schüchtern seid - checkt sie auf jeden Fall aus.

Okay, but now for the topic of this week, and that'll be something practical for a change.
Because we'll do a "practical guide" for the verb "aufhören". Some of you probably already know the format.
We'll look at all the important phrasings (present tense, past tense, zu-constructions, questions,...) and we'll build sentences together, first short ones, then longer ones. And what's most important is ... you'll be able to (aka will have to) actually SPEAK. Yup, it's time for the speech recognition AI again.
In my opinion a really great exercise, so even if you're shy - definitely check it out.
