Ich mache gerade eine Mini-Challenge für 30 Tage... haltet euch fest:
jeden Tag 10 Liegestütze.
Wooooahhhhhh, voll wenig.
Und ja, das ist echt wenig. Aber die Idee ist nicht, eine Fitness-Challenge zu machen. Die Idee ist, eine Challenge zu machen, die so einfach ist, dass es KEINEN Grund gibt, sie nicht zu schaffen... außer meine Faulheit.

Woooooaaaahhh, so few.
And yes, it's few. But the idea isn't to do a fitness challenge. The idea is to do a challenge that is so easy, that there is NO reason not to succeed ... except my own laziness,

Ich habe echt Probleme mit solchen Challenges, und ich will genau beobachten, wann der Moment kommt, wo mein fauler Teil sagt "Ach komm... lass einfach. Ist auch egal." Und dann muss ich mir in den Po treten und es trotzdem machen, denn 10 ist echt kein Problem. Muss ja nicht mal am Stück sein :).

I really have problems with these kids of challenges and I want to observe, when the moment comes when my lazy part say "Ah come on... just leave it. Doesn't matter anyway."
And then I have to kick my butt and do it anyway, because 10 really isn't a problem. Doesn't even have to be in one set, after all :).

Die Challenge läuft seit einer Woche, und ich hatte schon einen Abend, wo ich dachte "Meh... scheiß drauf."
Aber ich habe es dann trotzdem gemacht. Es ist echt interessant, wie stark die eigenen Routinen und Comfort-Zonen sind.
Wenn ich diese Challenge schaffe (und das werde ich), dann mache ich eine größere, aber ich weiß noch nicht, was.

The challenge has been going for a week, and I already had one evening when I thought "Meh screw it."
But I did it anyway. It's really interesting how strong one's own routines and comfort-zones are.
When I finish this challenge (and I will), then I'll do a bigger one, but I don't know yet, which one.

Und das kann man für mehr einsetzen, als ihr denkt :).

Oh well... enough gossip about me. Time for a bit of German - today with a prefix verb again for a change once: einsetzen.
And you can use that for more than you think :) |
