Ist der Sommer bei euch auch schon vorbei?
In Berlin fühlt es sich definitiv so an, denn seit drei Wochen regnet es fast jeden Tag. Teilweise sehr viel.
Und es ist ein bisschen kühl. Einerseits mag ich solches Wetter und ich kann gut dabei arbeiten, andererseits habe ich irgendwie noch nicht genug "Sommer" gemacht. Also mal am See chillen oder im Wald wandern.

In Berlin, it definitely feels that way, because for three weeks, it has been raining almost every day.
Sometimes a LOT.
And it's a bit chilly. On the one hand, I like such weather and I can get work done when it's like this, but on the other hand I kind of haven't done enough "summer".
So stuff like chilling at the lake or hiking in the forest.

| Jetzt hoffe ich erstmal, dass das Wetter dieses Wochenende einigermaßen gut wird. Denn ich bin als Helfer bei einem kleinen Filmfestival an einem See in Brandenburg. Das geht von Freitag bis Sonntag, und es gibt Musik, Workshops, Baden und natürlich viele Filme. Und ich helfe beim Auf- und Abbau, bin also von Donnerstag bis Montag da. |
Und da wäre es ziemlich KACKE wenn es die ganze Zeit regnet und kalt ist. Hörst du das, Petrus? Sei nicht so hart zu uns und entspann dich :)!!

| For now, I hope that the weather this weekend will be decent. Because I am working as a volunteer at a small movie festival at a lake in Brandenburg. |
| That goes from Friday till Sunday and there will be music, workshops, taking a swim and of course many movies. And I'm helping with setting up and taking down the festival, so I'll be there from Thursday till Monday. |
And it would be quite SHITTY if it were to rain the entire time. Are you listening, Petrus? Take it easy on us and chill :)!!

Das Ganze ist auf dem Land in Brandenburg, und da gibt es nur schlechtes oder gar kein Netz. Deshalb bin ich auch ein paar Tage fast nicht online, und kann eure Kommentare und Mails nicht beantworten.

But yeah... I'm looking forward to the festival regardless and I'm very curious how it's going to be. The whole thing is on the countryside in Brandenburg, and there's only bad or no net. That's why I'll barely be online and I won't be able to reply to your mails and comments.

Und diese Woche geht es ganz entspannt um ein kleines, feines Wort, dass ihr nicht unbedingt braucht, aber das ihr früher oder später auf JEDEN Fall seht, vor allem wenn ihr B1 oder B2 Level erreicht. |
Ich meine das Verb streben, und auch seine Verwandten wie anstreben, widerstreben und ganz wichtig... das Substantiv Streber :).

I'm talking about the verb streben and also its relatives like anstreben, widerstreben and very important... the noun Streber :).
