Heute wird es nur ein kurzer Newsletter, denn ich habe nicht wirklich was interessantes zu erzählen.
Außer eine Sache... vielleicht haben ein paar von euch es zufällig gesehen :). Ich war beim letzten Video von Easy German dabei, weil ich Manuel zufällig auf der Straße getroffen habe, als die gerade am Drehen waren. Das Thema ist Mieten in Berlin, also sehr aktuell für mich, da ich ja gerade eine Wohnung suche. Also wenn ihr meine Meinung dazu wissen wollt, dann check mal die letzte Episode aus. Except one thing... maybe some of you have already seen it by accident. I was part of the newest video of Easy German, because I randomly met Manuel in the streets as they were filming. The topic is "renting in Berlin", so it's quite current for me, since as some of you might know I am looking for an apartment at the moment.

Aber jetzt zum Thema, und diese Woche gibt es endlich mal den Artikel zu... r-versions.
Ich erwähne diesen Begriff zwar ständig wenn ich über Präfixverben rede, aber ich habe noch nie gute, zusammenhängende Erklärung gegeben und es war mehr als Zeit :).

I mention this term all the time when I talk about prefix verbs, but I have never given a good, one-piece explanation and it was more than time :)

R-versions sind zum Beispiel raufmachen, rausgehen oder reinkommen. Also Präfixverben, aber mit einem extra "r" am Anfang.
Sie sind extrem wichtig, wenn man idiomatisches Deutsch sprechen will. Und die "Erklärungen", die man normalerweise dazu findet, sind ... naja.... falsch und nicht hilfreich. |
In diesem Artikel lernen wir alle Basics über die r-versions und wir lernen auch ihre Verwandten kennen - die hin-versions, her-versions und dr-versions.

R-versions are for example raufmachen, rausgehen or reinkommen. So prefix verbs, but with an extra "r" in the beginning.
They're extremely important, if you want to speak idiomatic German. And the "explanations", that you usually find about that, are... well... wrong and not helpful.
In this article, we'll learn all the basics about the r-versions and we'll also learn their relatives - the hin-versions, her-versions and dr-versions.
